EDGE®'s patent-pending formula works by quickly and deeply cleaning the silicone in your gloves — removing the dirt, dust, and buildup that kill tackiness — while leaving zero residue behind. Grip Spray: Put both gloves on, spray one glove just one time, and then rapidly rub your hands together until the deep cleaning formula fully absorbs. That's it — all you need is a single spray, no need to spray more than once.
Grip Wipes: Put both gloves on, remove one wipe from its sachet, unfold it fully, and rub the wipe thoroughly between your gloves, making sure to cover every inch of the surface. Then rub your hands together rapidly until you feel the grip settle in.
Advanced Grip System (Grip Mat): Spray the Grip Mat 4-6 times and rub your football gloves on it. You can use the mat several times before needing to respray it.

It quickly and deeply cleans the surface to restore your gloves' original grip, but it will NOT make your gloves unnaturally sticky, since that is illegal in the NFL, NCAA, and NFHS. With EDGE®, you get maximum legal grip with zero stickiness or residue.
Yes! SFIA rules prohibit the use of anything that adds a layer that will rub off on any equipment that can then touch the ball or other equipment. Our grip formula does a deep clean of the surface but leaves NO residue, so there is nothing that will get on the ball. Therefore, it is safe and legal to use!

For football gloves, a single spray on one glove is all you need — no need to spray more than once. If you're using Grip Wipes, one wipe covers both gloves. If you're using the Advanced Grip System, spray the Grip Mat 4-6 times; the mat can then be used several times before needing a respray.
Because EDGE® deep cleans your gloves rather than coating them, the restored grip lasts until your gloves pick up dirt, dust, and sweat again through play. Since application takes seconds and the formula self-dries, many players simply repeat the process during breaks — between drives, quarters, or drills — to keep their gloves at peak performance for the entire session.
Our 2oz bottle contains about 400 sprays and our 4oz bottle about 800. Since a football glove application takes just a single spray, one bottle can easily last a player a full season and beyond. For shoe grip (which uses 2-3 sprays per outsole), the 2oz version lasts about 80 sessions and the 4oz about 160 sessions.

If your bottle of EDGE spills, first soak up any excess liquid with paper towels or a rag. Then, you can use a small amount of water or cleaning solution with a fresh rag to clean up any residue that is remaining.
Absolutely — that's where EDGE® started. Even brand new rubber sneaker outsoles are subject to oxidation and hardening, which means they're not optimally grippy. EDGE®'s formula safely elasticizes the rubber in your outsoles, instantly making them more grippy on demand — most noticeably on smooth indoor surfaces like hardwood, tile, or vinyl (and it helps on dusty courts too).
To use it, apply just enough EDGE® to cover your sneaker outsoles (avoid getting any on the floor), wait 15 seconds for it to begin absorbing into the rubber, and then kick your shoes against the floor a few times to lock in the enhanced grip.
Shoe grip is most commonly used for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, fencing, boxing, table tennis, squash, racquetball, indoor soccer (futsal), indoor hockey, dance, and other activities on smooth indoor athletic surfaces. Note: EDGE® is only recommended for sneakers with rubber outsoles.
In addition to football gloves and sneakers, golfers are also using EDGE®. Most golfers use our Single Use Grip Wipes by unfolding one wipe and massaging it into the grips of the club. One wipe can be used for multiple clubs!
You can also use our Grip Spray by spraying 3 sprays per club directly onto the hand grips (coating it evenly). Allow the formula to soak in for at least 30 seconds, and then you can clean off any excess with a towel.
Your grips should feel fresh, softer, and rehydrated after applying EDGE. The effect should last at least an hour before needing to reapply, with some golfers citing they only need to apply once at the start of the outing!
